The online Mission Critical Operations (MCO) Academy course through CCC is designed specifically to teach the fundamentals of mission critical operations and is mapped to the Certified Mission Critical Operator (CMCO) exam blueprint. The student would receive access to a 10-week instructor-guided online course. Plus, a voucher to take the CMCO certification exam is included!

CMCO defines and establishes the standard for knowledge and skills required for anyone operating in a data center environment.

CMCO confirms achievement and helps data center operators establish professional credibility against an industry standard.

Recipients of any sponsored student enrichment package that includes an exam voucher should contact mccerts@mcgalliance.org for instructions on how to redeem a voucher and schedule a test online or at a U.S. or non-U.S. Pearson VUE testing center.

All exam vouchers are valid for 12 months from the time of purchase. Exams must be taken prior to the voucher expiration date. Certification exam retirement dates supersede voucher expiration dates. Mission Critical Global Alliance (MCGA) may retire certifications and corresponding exams prior to voucher expiration dates.
