The Day of a Certification Exam

Prior to the Exam:

For an exam in person at an Assessment Systems testing center, you will need:

  • One (1) form of government-issued identification
  • No electronic devices.  Leave them at home or in your car.  This includes notebook computers, tablets, smartphones, and other smart devices.

Prior to starting the exam, you will learn how much time you have to complete the exam.

During the Exam:

Expect to be answering various types of questions, including, but not limited to:

  • Multiple choice
  • Multiple response
  • Fill in the blank
  • Drag and drop

After the Exam:

You will receive a test score immediately following the exam and learn whether or not you passed.  If you did not pass, don’t give up!  Identify the knowledge areas where you need improvement, consider one of our digital downloads or training programs and retake the exam.  Remember that we also offer certification bundles that include certification retakes.
